Case Studies

Documented programs, not marketing stories

Every post we run generates a record — incident reports, checkpoint scan data, dispatch logs, response outcomes. That’s the raw material of a real case study, and it’s the only kind we’ll publish: named metrics from actual engagements, with the client’s sign-off.

Detailed case studies are published with client permission only and are currently being prepared. [CLIENT TO PROVIDE: approved case studies]

Categories

What each case study will document

Different properties produce different evidence. Here’s what we track in each category, and what a published study will show.

Construction

The numbers a GC cares about: attempted after-hours entries, equipment and material theft incidents, subcontractor gate logs, and perimeter checkpoint completion rates across the life of a project. See construction security for how those posts run.

Commercial Property

After-hours access attempts, alarm activations and how each resolved, lobby incident volume, and floor-by-floor patrol verification — the documentation a manager of commercial security coverage needs for ownership reports.

Residential Communities

Trespass and loitering reports, parking and amenity enforcement records, courtesy patrol scan rates, and package theft trends over the course of an apartment security engagement.

Healthcare

Incident counts by entrance and department, de-escalation outcomes, visitor management exceptions, and coordination with clinical staff — the measures that matter in healthcare settings where tone is as important as response.

Events

Entry screening throughput, documented refusals and removals, medical and incident handoffs, and staffing levels against actual attendance — how an event security plan performed once the doors opened.

Warehouse

Dock and gate activity logs, shrinkage-related incident reports, yard checkpoint verification, and after-hours alarm response outcomes across a warehouse security program.

Methodology

Where the numbers come from

We don’t reconstruct outcomes from memory. The records that feed a case study are generated during the engagement, time-stamped, and inspectable by the client throughout — the same accountability layer described on our technology page.

  • Time-stamped electronic checkpoint scans on every patrol route
  • GPS records from marked patrol vehicles
  • Digital incident reports with photos and narratives
  • Dispatch call and escalation logs
  • Supervisor inspection notes
