How It Works

Five stages. No mystery.

Whether it’s a single fire watch shift or a multi-year guard contract, every engagement follows the same documented path. Here’s exactly what happens after you call.

Security Assessment

Before recommending anything, we understand the property. For standing posts that means a walkthrough; for short-notice work it’s a structured intake on the phone. We map:

  • The property itself — buildings, perimeter, lighting, blind spots
  • Access points: doors, gates, docks, garages, and who legitimately uses them
  • The risks that brought you to us — theft, trespass, vandalism, staff safety, compliance
  • Schedule and occupancy patterns: when the property is busy, empty, or vulnerable
  • Existing systems — cameras, alarms, access control — and how officers should use them
  • Your objectives and constraints, including budget

Security Plan & Post Orders

The assessment becomes a written plan: staffing levels, armed or unarmed, fixed posts versus patrol coverage, patrol routes and checkpoint locations, reporting requirements, and the escalation chain — who gets called, in what order, for what kinds of events. This is also where pricing is fixed in writing.

The operating core of the plan is the post order: the site-specific instruction set every officer on your property works from. Post orders mean coverage doesn’t depend on any one officer’s memory.

Deployment

Officers are selected for the assignment, briefed on the post orders, and introduced to your site contacts. Dispatch is wired in from the first shift, and checkpoint scan points are set so patrol verification starts on day one — not after a shakedown period.

Oversight

This is where most security programs quietly fail — and where ours is built to be inspected:

  • Electronic checkpoint scans prove patrol coverage on every round
  • Field supervisors make unannounced post inspections
  • Digital incident reports with photos reach you promptly, not in a monthly binder
  • Dispatch tracks officer check-ins around the clock
  • You have a management contact who answers — not a ticket queue

Continuous Improvement

Properties change: construction phases end, tenants turn over, incidents reveal new patterns. We review reports and site changes with you and update the post orders — patrol timing, staffing, procedures — so the program tracks reality instead of going stale.
